Recipe
Housing
Housing ingredients:
*Mother
*Children (students)
*House
*Food
Housing Utensils:
*Bedrooms
*Toilets
*Makeup rooms
*Kitchens
*Clothing rooms
Recipe Instructions:
1. Mother gets respect from others within the house because the mother is the dominant one out of the house. for the children must obey the rules of the household and contribute to the house.
2. Mornings mostly getting up for work or practicing for the night to come. Also some children would have to help with cleaning so the household doesn't look dirty so when guests walk thought they are not desisted with the place.
3.Midday children are chilling maybe watching each other practice or giving each other tip or help doing what gay people do. Out on the streets getting food and money for the people at the household when they get back.
4.Later in the day the children would mostly practice new moves and drink alcohol getting ready for guest that would come in to there house and dance. house mother would probably help everyone with there problems in the house and tips for what to look and dress like for the night to come.
5.At night mother and children would dance and show off new move then at about midnight everyone would be asleep.
Preparation Time = 24/7

Letter
My community letter
My letter is about my snap fitness community and how the gym is reflected on myself. So i go to the gym 3 or more days a week and my daily workout starts like this so i get to the gym and i feel this excitement from just being there plus about of the supplements i take but in the gym its energetic and everyone there is friendly that what i like most about coming.
So when i begin cardio i jump on the cross trainer and as i am moving getting a workout to warm up i am reflecting and thinking of whats next for me to do when i am here for example am i going to do i big shoulder workout with some Delts mixed into it or work the triceps and biceps also to put in plan what movements am i going to use to get to that limit i am looking for. so when Im there it smells and sounds different every time Im at the gym for example it might be loud thumping music surrounding the whole gym but smell sweaty also there are the the best days were the sun is shining thought into the gym it just lightens up the emotions that i am thinking from like angry lift shit up to a in the zone type of feeling. The experience at the gym is different for every individual because lots of people don't like going to the gym they would rather do something better in there time but to me i like going because of the outcome and afterwards have that healthy feeling. i research a lot about different extensions that i have good tips now on what to do when Im working on a specific body part and i suggest that if someone wanted to begin training there body and shaping it they should really research these body parts that they want to transform.

When you first enter the gym there are 2 very important rules you must obey and the first one is you must respect other members and the second one is once you are done with the weights you have used please put them back where you got them from. The second rule is the most important because if you do leave the weight laying around people might trip over them
2. Now you know the rules to the gym you may now start the first thing that most people do when they enter a gym and that is cardio. why cardio is the best thing to start on is because doing cardio will warm up the whole body so your body when you go to the weights your muscles will withstand the weight that you are lifting.
3. So now you have done your cardio for about 30mins to an hour you may now start building that muscle i am not going to explain every muscle in the body so ill just pick one to explain to you. So there are many ways to train biceps but the first you would want to start with would have to be dumbell uprise curls this is by grabbing the dumbell that is a comfit able weight and extending your arm up to your chest with full motion to get the full extension of the muscle and the growth.
4.now you have completed your full workout you may now leave the gym happy and no energy left in your body.
